Growing up in London, the idea that something lost on public transport could be found was about as foreign as clean air. In Brighton, my lost photonic integrated circuit (see below) was found and gotten back to me within 3 days, incredible! My eternal gratitude to Nigel who was the highlight of my visit to the shop, keep up the great work.

Lost my wallet on a bus, phoned up B&H buses and they had it! Great customer service on the phone and in store. Very friendly team. Thank you guys.

Love these buses. 2-Deckers. The #12 goes all the way down & up the coast to/from Brighton. Views are phenomenal.

A great safari, with Sunways Safari. The choice of companies available through any search engine was huge, but Responsible Travel indicated faith in Sunways and it was not misplaced. This organization really know their travel and having encountered several other groups en route through Botswana and Zambia, I can personally attest to the ethical credentials of Sunways. I would absolutely trust Responsible Travel with planning my next trip.

Responsible Travel found me a yoga retreat in France which ticked all the boxes. The company sourced the holiday and answered all my enquiries quickly and efficiently. I was also happy to know that through booking with RT I also helped underprivileged children enjoy a holiday experience. Keep up the great work. I’ll definitely be back and will book with them again. An incredible family trip through some of Vietnam’s finest spots. The itinerary flows perfectly, but what really made it special were the guides; knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate.
