I've used Holiday Taxis for years and never had a problem, in fact they are always my go to for transfers so I was a little worried this time booking as there have been quite a lot of bad reviews recently. I can only speak of my experience but it has always been very good, the longest I have ever waited is 40 minutes which is within the limit of the terms when booking. I would have no hesitation in booking again. Sometimes with bad reviews you only get one side of the story. The coach this time was really nice! Best one yet.

Booked shared transfer from airport in Turkey! I arrived on time and followed given instructions, but their Turkish partner did not provide anything, saying they had issues with the bus. They advised to take taxi and claim amount from holiday taxis, which I did. Of course, it was not the best start of the trip, but have to give it to Holidaytaxis, they investigated and after few weeks they came back to me saying they will refund the amount I paid for taxi! This is what called being professional and trustworthy and I will definitely give them a chance again!

Notifications telling confirming dates times. Which was great we arrived at the airport our bags where delayed but when we finally got them we went to there desk driver was introduced to us off we went the . Driver was very pleasant and told us different bits as we headed to the hotel. Dropped us off .2 days before we where due to leave text confirming again pick up time. Taxi arrived on time. Again friendly driver. Took us to the airport taxis all look smart and very clean. Overall very good service 2nd time we used them. Excellent. We would use again.

I had the pleasure of using Radio Cabs Taxi Services recently, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend Radio CabsTaxi Services to anyone in need of a dependable and pleasant transportation option, also They are very respectful and helpful with disabled people .

With 'other cab aps' I have become so conditioned to the arrival time stated increasing several times before a taxi would begrudgingly turn up, that I was very pleasantly surprised when the notably affable drivers arrived, when they said they would. Small thing, big difference. Good service. Thank you.

The taxi was very quick and the taxi man was a very nice guy, genuine, friendly and respectful. I felt very comfortable and safe in taxi as I am a transgender and just moved to Brighton. Ordered a taxi twice today. The lady who took the calls was professional, polite and friendly. Both times the taxi arrived within the five or ten minutes I was told it would and the journeys were free of any problems or delays with polite drivers.

Booking was effortless. Driver arrived on time. Assistance spontaneously given. Service was professional, friendly and priority given to ensure clienty safety.
