A beautiful haven of peace and tranquility in the middle of a bustling London neighbourhood. Access to palace somewhat limited (Great Hall, crypt and shop) although the gardens were, for the most part, open to the public. Careful, considerate planting is seeking at present to restore some of the historic characteristics of a well-appointed garden.

This place really surprised the family. We had a blast. We bought a London Explorer pass with this as an option and it turned out to be a highlight. The staff were brilliant in character and it is a terrific tribute to the talent of the young English people working there. The show kept us guessing, entertained, thrilled and spooked. We took our 8yr old and he said it was his highlight for the day. Given they scared him in the bar scene with a complete black out and Jack the Ripper we were surprised at his comments. Like all venues there's room for improvement but overall we would happily pay again for another trip through the show. I highly recommend the visit.
