We hired Cool Gardens to renew our backyard. It needed to be levelled as it was on a slope, redesigned and new grass/plants installed. From the very beginning, Cool Gardens had clarity of the design, clearly explained each of the costs and offered good ideas to beautify the garden. They were always responsive and efficient. They got a stupendous planning team who oversees the works and carefully plans each aspect, providing periodic updates of the progress made. They are friendly and accessible, going one step beyond to ensure client satisfaction. For example, offering to build the swing set for my children, which they did and very professionally. This is a company which works with highest standards from end to end and I would highly recommend their business.

Matt and his team did a brilliant job of removing our decking and laying us a new patio. They were very professional, hard working (in all weathers and at the weekends to get the job done), great communication and very friendly. Matt was really good at problem solving some issues and creating work arounds. He was keen to listen to our ideas but also great at suggesting other options that improved the outcome.
