Fantastic service. Returned initial call within a couple of hours and a face to face at my earliest convenience. No pressure selling and lots of discussions about door requirements. We wanted etching on the door which Russell was unused to but he went and found out all the information and provided drawing of the door beforehand. Survey was easy to arrange and updates provided on a regular basis. Fitting was arranged within the timeframe given Fitting was considerate considering we still had clients visiting the practice. Clean and tidy during fitting and returned the following working day to complete the finishing touches. Easy to get hold of and returned all calls promptly. Our fitter Harry was fantastic, working efficiently and cleanly. Within a few days all the doors and panels were installed and now our home is airtight and looks exquisite. The doors and windows panes had all arrived and been installed within 3 weeks. Couldn’t recommend Jack of Glass anymore highly.

Our side window was replaced, on time, to standard to price (difficult to reach). The window is of good quality - which is why we used Hazlemere - we have used them before. Excellent surveyor for measurements and then the installation team. I'm very happy with it.

From the sales team to the installers, they were professional, friendly and workmanship was excellent.
