Patio door lock gave up the ghost. Messaged First Choice and Matt responded quickly to arrange a time to fix it. He suspected it was a gearbox problem (I didn’t realise doors had gearboxes!) and this was indeed the case. He had the necessary part and completed the job very quickly. Matt adjusted the door and it fits better now than when first installed. Matt is very efficient and knowledgeable and his experience was clear to see. Impossible to recommend him highly enough.

When we got locked out of out garage we didn't hesitate to call Kenny again. It was an old garage door and to be honest we felt we may need a new door, but he managed to strip the fixings back and got the garage to open, no new lock required and whilst he was here I asked if he would take a look at our sliding door lock, (which hasn't worked in years), he managed to problem solve and fixed that too!..we are elated, he has saved us having to replace 2 doors saving us lots of pennies. Absolutely superb service! Door and window locks needed changing following a house move because not all keys were handed over. Chris from Exeter Locksmiths attended the same day that I called to assess the job. When he heard how vulnerable the property was he immediately offered to swap locks temporarily to make the house secure. This was a great relief. He returned and completed the job before going out of his way to research and source a key for the unknown patio door. I cannot thank him enough or compliment his helpfulness, professionalism and skill enough.
I was after an item that was out of stock, so the guys ordered it in for me. Friendly and helpful staff. Park across the road in the shopping centre carpark rather than trying to get a park down the side-street. Why would you bother going into Exeter Central and fight traffic and the parking wardens for your locksmith when these guys can do it without that hassle!
Brilliant service - Chris was at my front door 10 minutes after I phoned and was efficient, helpful, and did the job to a high standard. I can't recommend Exeter Locksmiths highly enough!
