Recently needed some storage quickly and without drama. Went onto few website and came across Armadillo self storage Exeter, after submitting some details got call from "Karen" conversation was easy it was clear Karen enjoyed her work and was willing to help me with what l needed not just get money through the till. When l got to the storage facility, Karen met me with a smile and again showing me my storage options to ensure l didn't pay more than l needed but got the space l needed. I am grateful to all the staff I have met at the facility and would recommend talking with them when considering storage needs. Update, down sized the capacity of storage needed and as expected Karen made it a simple transition.... thank you got to get you a bonus in the pay, l hope, "you're worth it"

GREAT service!! I managed to order boxes online and check it online which make the in-store check in super quick and efficient. The personnel there are also extremely kind and helpful. Really recommend this storage facility.

Fantastic! My plans constantly changed and therefore so did the dates for which I would need my storage to commence. Alex and the team kept me regularly informed and reassured that they could accommodate whatever I needed which included assisting in resolving the size of space I needed for my belongings. Everything went smoothly on the day of my move and the team again, were there to assist and reassure. Moving house is a stressful time made easier by s smooth process and the ever helpful (particularly Alex) team at the Exeter facility. Thank you.

Super efficient and lovely staff ! They make sure all your enquiries are solved and that all your goods are safe. On my personal experience I had some difficulties with delivering my goods and they help me sorting everything out as well as waiting patiently. Very friendly ! Totally recommended.

So friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. A shout out to Heather and Aleks who took time to explain different options to me. Would recommend Exeter Safestore to everyone.

STORAGE KING EXETER REVIEWS

Arrived at Shurgard Exeter on Tuesday morning to unload a house worth of belongings into storage. We weren't sure of the size we had booked but were offered excellent advice from the staff there. They went out of their way to help us. Unloading was really easy with access to lifts and trolleys which were clean and in good working order. Having not used storage facilities before, and stressing about the job of unloading and moving ALOT of stuff, I needn't have worried. Seamless job, great facilities and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very impressed so far and would highly recommend.

We booked storage for our daughter, who is at Exeter Uni. Norelle helped us with our booking and answered all of our questions and gave the best customer service. Totally recommend and we will use Shurgard again

Both store and call centre were very helpful, they got my issue sorted promptly and with very little hassle! Samuel, Seb and Narelle were stars and made a potentially stressful situation so much better!
