We just used Britannia Lanes of Devon to move house and it was a great experience. From the initial communications with Millie in the office, through the survey and to the move itself. They loaded the lorry the day before and collected the final few essentials the following morning for the move to the new home. Amazing organization from everyone. The guys working on the trucks were so quick and efficient. Every one of them was polite, friendly and hard working. Can't fault anyone or anything about the service. A shout out to Billy, Leighton, Haydon, Tony H and Josh A, you guys were outstanding!!

This was my second removal with Britannia Lanes of Devon. On both occasions I cannot fault the quality and efficiency of the service received at all stages of the process and from personnel with a wide range of roles. The removal crew members are to be commended both on their expert skills in packing and moving furniture etc and on their interpersonal skills with customers. Really good place, easy to get in touch, friendly experienced staff, hassle free way of doing business. Recommend to take out Insurance as with all rental companies fixing prices could be very high. Highly recommended!

I recently used MVremovals for my two-bedroom house move, and I’m incredibly impressed with the service I received. After my original quote from AnyVan unexpectedly tripled, I contacted Steve from MVremovals at the last minute. Steve gave me a better quote and immediately got things moving and had everything prepared in just a few days. The team from MVremovals arrived the day before my move and packed up the entire house with great care and attention to detail. The following day, they efficiently transported everything to my new flat in London. Two guys were sent to unload, and they did an excellent job overall. Although there were a couple of hiccups—a dented speaker and desk—Steve promptly resolved these issues by arranging like-for-like replacements. I was particularly impressed with Steve’s dedication; he kept in touch after the move to ensure everything met the highest standards. Despite the minor issues, I would still highly recommend MVremovals. The professionalism, quick response, and excellent customer service made my move much less stressful than it could have been.
