TOP 3 BIG BIRD NURSERY REVIEWS

Fantastic childcare setting, well-equipped facilities and a wide range of activities available for the children, changed on a daily basis. My little girl has settled in brilliantly since starting in Jan 2023. The staff are all knowledgeable, caring and friendly. The all round progress I have witnessed since my little one started in the ‘Little Explorers’ room has been fabulous, she thoroughly enjoys her days. The app is a great communication tool for parents and can put your mind at rest with regard to aspects such as eating and naps. I should add that my son also attended Big Bird from 11 months old until he was 4 years old! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone considering childcare options.

Big Bird Nursery had been an amazing environment for our boy! He started his journey in September 2022 and is coming on so much with the help of the practitioners. He has developed in all aspects, from his speech to his coordination whilst learning problem-solving skills and showing his emotions in the right way. He has built relationships with peers and is thriving in a calm yet fun setting. I can’t wait to see how my little boy will continue to grow under the care of the brilliant staff!

All staff at the nursery are very welcoming and friendly and make you feel at ease. My daughter is in the little explorer room and loves going in each day to see what different activities are on offer. They ensure that she is always included by taking her out on local outings such as the library. The app is very useful and helps keep me up-to-date on my daughter's day at nursery. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

TOP 3 LITTLE FLYERS CHILDCARE REVIEWS

My two children have attended West Calder Little Flyers since October 2024. Management and staff were fantastic at making me feel at ease during their settle period. My eldest son has individual development needs and the team were keen to support us as a family during their time at nursery. We receive fantastic feedback regarding both children's development and progression. I feel confident my children are safe and secure within the nursery environment and I can clearly see the positive bonds they have made with the staff team.

My 14 month old child has been attending Little Flyers for a few months now and all I can say is placing her there was the best decision I ever made. She settled really well and is so happy while there, during the day updates you get with photos make you feel relaxed that she is well cared for. The staff are amazing and professional. I’m just so glad that she can attend such an amazing place.

My children have been attending this nursery for over a year. It is a very good nursery allowing the children to develop in a safe and nurturing environment. Lots of activities are organised for the kids supporting their learning and development, lots of outdoor activities, and messy play.

This is an amazing nursery staffed with some of the kindest role-models for your children. Our kids have been going here for some time now and we are very happy with the lessons and experiences. The staff are so involved and positive, happy to tell you all about your children's daily adventures and posting updates regularly on the app. Thoroughly recommend this nursery and all of the staff have my personal gratitude for the huge impact they have made to our children's development.

Outstanding nursery, Staff are very friendly and very forthcoming , the worry to leave your child with strangers but the staff totally put you at ease , Ashley is very lovely also, I have peace of mind to leave my son in hands of this nursery , especially when he can be a clingy child he has settled so well, it’s all thanks to their all kind natures ,
