Love the flexibility of not being 1restricted to times I can go when I suits me. It can be daunting taking the first steps but the staff always make me feel welcome and at ease. Would highly recommend awesome place to work out.
Staff are great. They and many of the members have become good friends of mine. The monthly challenges are always fun and give us something to work towards. People can take part in any activity without fear of judgement. Only constructive criticism I would offer is there needs to be more variety of music! (More Metal!).
