“Mr Iain Brown graduated with an MBChB from the University of Glasgow in 1997 and obtained his FRCS (Tr & Orth) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2010. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the British Elbow and Shoulder Surgeons Society, the Edinburgh International Trauma Faculty, the Society of Scottish Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, and the British Orthopaedic Association. His research and publications focus on frozen shoulders and MMP production. Mr Iain Brown is highly knowledgeable in shoulder reconstruction and has extensive experience in elbow, hand, and wrist surgery. He is integral to the esteemed Trauma Unit at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and is passionate about quality and care improvements for patients. He has gained extensive experience by collaborating with orthopaedic specialists in notable medical centres throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, and Ayrshire. He also provides video consultations to all his patients. He is proficient in English.
