Keto is literally the only diet that works for me. When I’m not on Keto I never get that full feeling. I usually just do my own but it tends to be dirty Keto and I after a while I feel a bit run down so saw Natural Ketosis and gave it a go. Oh My Gosh! Energy levels are through the roof! I’m full after eating and I’ve lost 7lbs in a week! I’m gonna admit that I’ve been eating extra, thinks like cheddar cheese, babybels and extra Fatt bars especially in the first few days as I was more hungry but I actually forgot to eat this morning.
