“Maciek Leszczak is a registered Osteopath who received his Bachelor of Osteopathy degree from Anglia Ruskin University with the London School of Osteopathy. Maciek was part of the sports massage team for the 2013 Tough Mudder Race in Edinburgh. Nothing else worked until finally I found Active X! After years of chronic back pain and not sure where to turn next I sought the help of Gavin initially and now Fiona! Their help and continued support has me now taking the steps to get back into the gym and considering a return to running! I continue to attend a weekly Pilates class because it works that no other class has before. Thank you both so much for your care, outstanding professionalism and teamwork.

The most comprehensive massage I have ever had, and totally specific to my needs -working deeply into the problem areas. I initially went in complaining of facial tension and migraines. From our first consultation, his insights about my body resonated deeply with me. Through weekly therapies and valuable advice, I feel stronger and far more comfortable. Mattie's expertise, care, and attention to detail have made a significant difference in my quality of life. He has equipped me with my own understanding of how my body needs to be treated. Extraordinary.

Having gone to see Mattie after a nasty fall, he helped work out some tension and compression of the spine that massively helped with lingering pain. He was highly informative and knowledgeable, clearly communicating all steps he took when performing an adjustment and ensured that all sessions were very comfortable and supportive.

Mattie is hands down the best therapist I have been to. He is able to quickly identify and address any problems and I always feel so much better after my visits. I go once a month now to take care of my back and wouldn't go anywhere else! 100% recommend :)

I don’t usually get around to writing reviews but feel this time it really is worth it. I first visited Mattie for treatment for extremely painful hips & lower back pain. At the time I was struggling to walk & felt really quite low. At my initial assessment Mattie was able to see the main cause of my pain & has worked with me ongoing. I am still attending & will continue to visit for regular maintenance even when I am fully recovered. He was able to get to the root of the problem very quickly & after just a few visits my hips feel so much better & my back pain has gone. I am walking without any issues. I have seen Amanda twice now. She is really professional and friendly. I was nervous about going and she really put me at ease. Amanda has a lovely nature and is very good at what she does. I have a further appointment at the end of the month and feel that she is really helping me with my neck and jaw. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and have done to several friends and family members.

After struggling for years with episodic pain, whether that be my back, hips, knees or elbows, I am now a regular patient of Amanda's. A session every now and again keeps me in check and her advice with regards to my posture and useful exercises have definitely reduced my episodes of pain.
