Went here today for a hearing test which was free and received a very comprehensive and professional service from Neil who was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring.

I received the best customer service from Martin today literally as soon as I walked through the door, I am extremely happy that I can hear again and that is down to him.

Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful team, highly professional, very friendly. In and out in 15 minutes - job done! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Below is a review I posted a while back. Have now been regularly once a year - dealing with ear wax and getting hearing tested- they are always a 5 star experience. Highly recommended. Friendly and efficient putting me at ease. A relief to be able to get an appointment so quickly. Micro suction is most definitely now my preferred way to deal with problem ear wax.

My hearing problems were diagnosed and remedies made very clear . Communication was good and ability to articulate the science to me was also very good . The demonstration of ear pieces was again made understandable to me with good communication patience and empathy. There was an extensive breakdown on types of ear pieces and costs,with no sales pressure. Very glad I went.

Worth a visit if you're hearing is not to good excellent service nice people.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We called up a little bit last minute as my mum was only visiting Edinburgh for the week, but they were able to accommodate us. They had easy access disabled parking and met us at the door. Conor, the senior audiologist was fantastic. Put my mum at ease and very helpful and patient helping her to fit her hearing aids more comfortably even with her dexterity issues. Fully recommend this great business.

A local pharmacist sent me here when I arrived to Edinburgh and lost my hearing in my left ear. the staff were kind and got me in immediately, and the audiologist explained what was wrong with my hearing aid before setting me up with an alternative that would get me through my trip until I got home. they saved my trip to Scotland, and I'm forever grateful to them. thank you.

After a bad experience elsewhere I attended House of Hearing today for ear wax removal. Sarah was amazing very professional and patient. I now have my hearing back. I cannot recommend them enough.
