Without a doubt! I called IPC because they was local to me after myself seeing a rat on my kitchen - worst experience ever! Following my initial call and within 2 hours a guy called John attended. John was very professional talked us through everything and after finding evidence of the rat - where it was located he set to work. He explained what would happen initially and then over the next 2 visits. Excellent service would definitely recommend John and IPC to all.
