Just had to sadly say goodbye to our 97 year old Dad, Richard Shannon. Staff at the White House, from initially seeing Sally, who went above and beyond in her organisation of a choir for the church service. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out for us. Then Michael, on the day putting our plans for Dad's final journey into effect. The whole experience was perfect, they are ultra professional and caring and feeling to the thoughts of the families they look after. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, thanks to you all!

To say the words exceeded expectations would be an understatement. Zoe and her directors who ran the service for our son Baby Lennie need a raise and to be recognised for the work they do. Compassionate, caring and understanding are skills they excel in and are a credit to your industry. From being introduced to Zoe 19 days ago to the celebration yesterday no favour or ask was ever too small. For Zoe further to not be a Celebrant made me surprised, as her people skills would make her an excellent one. Would 100% recommend to a friend who ever is any of a similar situation.
