The service from Caroline and her team is absolutely fantastic. Words cannot do justice for how hard they work as a team to make sure that they have our items ready to the highest standard for when we need them. They are honest in managing my expectations if ever they think they face issues with stains on designer items with soft approach dry cleaning instructions, and update me if an item may take a little longer or needs extra cleaning. Exceptional service and you’re always met with friendly faces no matter how busy they are. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

All the staff are unbelievably polite and more than happy to help. I happened to go in a day earlier than has been promised me, purely because I was passing by and they manage to hive me my dry-cleaned suit there and then. Really appreciate their help.
