The service from Caroline and her team is absolutely fantastic. Words cannot do justice for how hard they work as a team to make sure that they have our items ready to the highest standard for when we need them. They are honest in managing my expectations if ever they think they face issues with stains on designer items with soft approach dry cleaning instructions, and update me if an item may take a little longer or needs extra cleaning. Exceptional service and you’re always met with friendly faces no matter how busy they are. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The best dry cleaners in Liverpool!! Genuinely the best and most professional. I’ve used Hydro manage times and never had a single issue. All the staff are unbelievably polite and more than happy to help. I happened to go in a day earlier than has been promised me, purely because I was passing by and they manage to hive me my dry-cleaned suit there and then. Really appreciate their help. Such friendly people. Thanks again.

Removed a couple of stains and pressed a suit for me immediately as it was almost closing time on a Saturday afternoon and I needed it for first thing on the Monday. Above and beyond in terms of customer service, would highly recommend Hydro Dry Cleaning Centre.

In a life of everything spiralling in higher cost's, it's humbling to no that this little launderette are being so kind and helpful to people with complementary tea or coffee while you wait for your laundry. It offers you that little bit of faith in humanity for their kindness and support Only and always could a scouser be so nice. Good on you all.

It’s the best launderette ever. I have been to Liverpool multiple times , and it is still my favourite. Lovely atmosphere and good vibes and of course tidy clothes with floral smell. Definitely recommend it,.

Went there two times during our stay on our backpacking trip. The staff was so nice and lovely! Fast and cheap! Got coffee and wifi while waiting, definitely would wait here for my laundry again.

Have been in a few times now for my shirts; all the staff are very friendly and provide a good service. I was most recently served by Natasha, who was very friendly and seems like a very hard working person.

Great location and fantastic service from Prima Dry Cleaners (Old Hall Street). I have used their services to clean everything from shirts and suits to winter coats and duvets.

I recently got my daughters jacket cleaned really good service and really nice staff. I will definitely be going back.
