I chose Townson from their excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. My washing machine had stopped spinning. I rang up and explained the problem to Paul who knew right away what was wrong. I was given a time and price over the phone. Paul arrived within the 1-hour time slot with the correct part. He was very professional and fixed the machine quickly, there was no call out charge so the cost was low. I will definitely use Townson again and would recommend to anyone.

I have been dealing with this company for roughly 8 years now and they have been fantastic to me and my family, I found out about this company through other family members that have dealt with MDA for over 20years! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I once went in with a part and they helped me by telling me the part I had wasn't faulty and that it was something else, Don't get many places like this anymore!Thank you to all of the MDA staff for all help.
