Brilliant service and helpful when buying a couple of reptiles unfortunately one had a skin condition and took back within the 1 week garentee and got my money back. I'm a regular here to get feeder insects as they have good prices. They also have a loyalty scheme here on which you can gain money back on purchases. Another great benefit is that if they don't stock an item they will try and get it ordered in for you.

Didn't visit in person, ordered some garden rocks online, very quick delivery and the rocks were beautiful, ordered a variety which look lovely in my garden. Excellent service, thank you.

Lovely pet store with a variety of animals. Staff members are genuine animal lovers and are very helpful. Nice and clean shop with plenty of stock at good prices.

I purchased two adorable bunnies on the 26th of November 2021. We had intentions of buying just one rabbit but ended up with two (a pairing) - best decision ever. The employee Polly was such a lovely girl! She recommended the best cage for the both of them and we purchased the cage on the spot. She answered all of our questions - we couldn't be happier! My mother absolutely adores her bunnies. Thank you ever so much, Polly! You made my mums birthday perfect xx

Staff were so kind to our elderly dog when we were stranded after our tyre blew after a dog walk - giving him treats, fresh water, cuddles, and letting him shelter from the sun! Good selection of products, some good deals if you get them the right time. Our dog loves his new summer hat from here.

Staff were very helpful and were kind to help choose two russian dwarf thanks guys 5* performance yet again.

Always a warm welcome at our Pets Corner in Salisbury. The ladies remember us and who our pets are and always have time to chat and offer advice. We were served on this occasion by Lucy - she is very knowledgeable about all the products - we were looking at different feeding bowls for our messy eater of a cat. We were offered the opportunity to return the bowl for a refund or exchange should it prove to be the wrong choice. Not many stores offer this (I think they offer the same on pet food). The range of cat food is excellent - they don’t sell the Whiskas/Felix type, so don’t go there looking for that. Great range of pet toys, litter, beds, carriers etc.

Bella & Lisa were so helpful with Ralph & Freddie, the terrible twosome. My mum has been struggling with getting the pair in car so needed an alternative method. They took the time and trouble to fit new harnesses and seat belt clips, and helped my mum fit them properly, ensuring both dogs were safe & happy. You can’t the customer service at this branch.

I visited here last week to pick up a few things for our new puppy. Lisa was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable about everything and gave great advice about nutrition as well as leads/harnesses and bedding.
