Went with my daughter and her twin 3 year old daughters .one was happy to have feet measured other had to be bribed and held by mum .The staff member that served us was so good engaging the girls and being really helpful .girls happy new shoes with not too much drama.

Becca was patient with my little girl getting her first pair of school shoes in Salisbury store today. She listened to what we wanted & gave us a few choices. We were able to buy what we needed today. She came across both professional and courteous. Thank you.

Shoes of all sizes, they can even put protection on the footwear now, cost of £3 and reprotect them anytime after purchase. Good quality foot wear and friendly staff to help. Well recommend them, thats why i give them 5.

Easy to get to and loads of parking. A massive range of different styles with a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant and I came out with two pairs of the comfiest shoes I have ever had!! Amazing, recommended!

Very good service. Staff helpful and friendly. Had to change some shoes for smaller size, no problem and transaction completed effortlessly.

Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to the manager and staff in the Salisbury store. Had a few problems with my steve madden trainers breaking over the last year and they've been fantastic. So helpful, even helping through the struggles of finding our lost receipt. Great customer service every time, always smiling and welcoming when we walk in to store. The store is also always immaculate and looking great and has a good selection of shoes.

Good quality and value for money. Excelen service from the chap in-store who was knowledgeable and helpful. No stock in-store so paid and ordered for free fast home delivery. Really pleased with the shoes. Well done schuh!

Just bought a great pair of shoes and the staff were amazing! Was served by Lewis and he was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had the perfect boots!!
