STONEHENGE CYCLES REVIEWS

We dropped into Stonehenge Cycles just after opening time on Saturday morning, seeking help with strange bearing noise. The team were brilliant, offered to investigate. Within the hour they had identified the problem they had the parts in stock and they could repair before lunch. Fantastic range of bikes and accessories. First class service and knowledge.

Super friendly shop, who allowed my friends and I to store our bikes on our bike tour whilst they repaired one. The shop looked really well stocked too and had about everything you could think of!

Booked my bike in for its annual service, the team are friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The work done to the bike was fantastic, with an accurate description of what needed doing. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding road bike servicing! I dropped my Ribble road bike in for a much needed service after 4 years without one and Hayball have gotten it to better than it was when I bought it! The rear derailleur, bottom bracket and headset feel like a new bike and Hayball were great at phoning to keep me up to date with what was going on. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back, this time sooner than 4 years!

My front brake pads had fallen out on a ride and I called in on my way to see if they could help me. Within 10 minutes a very polite and helpful young man fitted new brake pads and got me back on the road. I was also very impressed with the shop, very well stocked. Highly recommend this store. Thank you.

Really friendly shop, great selection of stuff. Fixed my Thule Running chariot while I had a lovely coffee.

Salisbury staff were Outstanding!! I took my bike in for a check up, it failed and Chris went out of his way to fix it for me, they even helped me to put the bike back into my car. All of the staff is just wonderful and so efficient. First time I walked into a business that I felt like a VIP customer! Thank you guys you were amazing!! (Suzanne).

Just collected my new bike from Halfords-Salisbury. The service when buying and collecting the bike was brilliant. Luke was most helpful explaining everything and the other assistant (can't remember his name) was also most helpful.Very happy with my new bike and the service. Thank you!

Stopped in with an annoying squeak on an extended bike packing trip. Coming from OS, I’m unaccustomed to such friendly, accomplished service at a big chain store. Problem fixed and a tip learned for future. Thanks lads.
