I haven't been shopping on the high street for years, so when I popped into New Look just for a browse really, I was asked if I needed any help whilst trying on a pair of boots! (wow) anyway to cut a long story short, the girl who served me went above and beyond my expectations and I ended up leaving with a brand new outfit and a great and refreshing shopping experience. Customer service, I felt like I had my own personal shopper.

I was served by a girl called Natalie. She was so polite and friendly. She helped me with all I was looking for. She went above and beyond to ensure I got all I was looking for. She made me feel like it was no problem when I was trying to find what I needed. Lovely girl with amazing customer service.

This was my second visit this week and as before it was awsome the staff are so helpfull and polite .I recommend anyone to shop in the Salisbury branch me I give them 9.5 out of 10

I had previously bought a tailored blazer and trousers and the quality of the items and the associated service emboldened me to order a made to measure three piece suit. The experience was refreshingly personal and focused on my preferences. The resulting dark charcoal suit met all my expectations of a made to measure suit and is a joy to wear! It’s a small business and is consequently very friendly and attentive. It also sells some great accessories and more casual quality items.

Great service. My husband had his tweed wedding jacket and trousers tailor made by Jason. During the fittings he made Sam feel comfortable and provided much need guidance which we really appreciated. His recommendation on waistcoat and tie were also spot on. Highly recommend.

This store is a must ,set over 3 floors. There’s something you’re like on each floor,recordes clothes hats suits ,all sorts ,all items are a great quality ,top floor is great ,mix of vintage and latest kit ,and the plus of walking about with good tunes playing ,one of my favourite stores ,visit

We shop regularly in H&M either online and in store and have never had a bad experience. The clothes are affordable and of comparable quality to some high street brand. The staff are always cheerful and willing to help. The store is always clean and well arranged. Kudos to the team.

Went shopping for outfit for year old boy. Plenty of choice here and found him trousers with braces a nice shirt and jumper.
