AMAZING!! Katie was so wonderful and professional from start to finish. I was so nervous for my first ever wedding dress appointment, but she was so warm and friendly which put me at ease straight away. After chatting about what I was looking for, Katie pulled out the perfect dress for me to try on and I fell in love. I wasn’t expecting to say ‘Yes’ at my first appointment, let alone the first dress I tried on. It just shows how experienced and professional Katie is. I also loved how genuine she was, and that she wasn’t pushy in any way. I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment here. Thank you so much, Katie.

From the moment of the first call to collecting my now fiancées engagement ring the level of care and attention I was given was flawless. Excellently communicated by Luke Pope and could not have asked for a better experience. Our wedding bands will certain come from here too! I’ve just recently visited A&S Bridal boutique, and wow what a beautiful boutique, with so much choice!! - I loved so many dresses. Katie was so amazing, kind and attentive. She made us all feel so welcome, and comfortable, and she had such a good way of viewing things, and really made my first experience just wonderful. I really can’t thank her enough - she is a credit to the company.

Ilias provided top quality service. I purchased the wedding rings for me and my partner! Searched around different stores in Salisbury and ilias felt most reliable/trusted to buy the rings from. Will use the service again.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating family jewellers. Their items are elegant and beautifully crafted, whilst showing a marked difference between their excellent quality versus the mass production you find at chain jewellery stores. Debbie was delightfully friendly and talked us through a number of options that were within our budget without feeling the need to convince us of a more expensive piece. At no point did we feel forced into a purchase (which has happened at a number of other jewellers we visited) which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We will certainly be visiting again for future items and could not recommend H.R. Tribbeck & Sons highly enough.

Wonderful place to go get your necklace fixed or replaced! I’ve always seen Debbie and she is wonderful. Always takes into account what I need and like. Would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience with Debbie getting us the right wedding bands in a budget. Rings were sized perfectly, very patient switching between trying different rings and plenty of options to choose from. I would highly recommend and would go back in an instant.
