“Oak House Museum is a timber-framed building dating from the sixteenth century. The museum was originally built around 1620. In the 1650s, as the family's wealth and prestige increased, they added brick extensions to the structure. Oak House Museum is a Grade II listed building, and in 1951, the house was transformed into a historic site featuring historic furnishings. The museum includes an on-site children's playground, available during opening hours. They also offer a lively program of school activities, including year-round events for all ages and interactive learning sessions for educational groups. “The Hawthorns-West Bromwich Albion Football Club, is an all-seater stadium hosting several international matches for England and two FA Cup semi-finals. The stadium is the home of West Bromwich Albion Football Club and was the first Football League ground built in the 20th century, opening in September 1900 with a capacity of 26,688. The stadium's official record attendance was 64,815 in 1937. The ground serves as a venue for other sporting activities. OAK HOUSE MUSEUM REVIEWS

Gorgeous old medieval building, older than originally thought, when excavations were done for the visitors cafe. Probably dates back to the medieval period, and not the later Elizabethan age as previously thought. Well worth a visit, so atmospheric of a bygone age, please remember though, don't wear high heel shoes as they don't allow them because of the floors. You do not have to pay to go in so, if you like history then go there it's a must!

The kiddies absolutely loved it, cafe was very affordable. There is sand in the park so if you're travelling on the bus you might want to bring wipes or something to clean the kids up a bit. There isn't a car park.

Nice few hours spent here. I love history and seeing how different the past was. Kids had fun and enjoyed the archery that was on too.

Absolutely fabulous, bloody amazing and completely fantastic, pitty that we (the baggies) conceded a free kick in a dangerous area of the pitch, and conceded a goal from it in the 89th min, to draw, when we so clearly deserved the win and all 3 points.. See you at the next home game, or the one after that depends on if I get paid before or after the next home game..

We are regulars to the hawthorns and never had a bad experience. Security are friendly on entrance. Facilities in the venue just about meet the demands of the supporters. Feeding at half time. Great eating and drinking options.

Great experience to watch the team training at the Hawthorns, with fun football related activities laid on and face painting. Loved it.

Amazing place! We visited at Christmas, so the kids got to see Father Christmas. Whom was Amazing. Probably the best farther Christmas we, I have seen. Beyond Amazing. Great price and great experience. Has free parking and is just off the main road. Would recommend to anyone.

Good historic place ,events for children look for notice ,just be aware no prams or wheelchairs in the main building If you get chance take your kids to see santa,fully booked this year,you have to book early, £3 per child with a present well worth it The best Santa I have taken my kids and grandkids to see.

A little known museum with an incredible tale to tell, varied history running from the 1200s to 15 years ago. It has possibly the oldest medieval bakehouse still in existence.
