I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, close to major attractions and transport links. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Great staff at reception and room cleaning staff, all very welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, willing to help. Breakfast was fab, again very helpful kitchen staff. Impressed with the staff at this location overall. Dash and Jennifer looked after getting us taxis as we were attending a family funeral on this occasion. We felt looked after. The room was comfortable and why we come back to Holiday Inn again and again. We know what to expect.

Very handy location for our visit to the black country museum plus other places my sister & I wanted to visit. Spotlessly clean room, friendly staff, free parking & great breakfast choices. The beds were comfortable too!

Always friendly and helpful on reception, nothing is too much trouble. Room is always clean and tidy as well as the bed is always comfortable to sleep on/in. Always stay when on business here at the lakeside Premier inn Hotel, because it offers everything anyone requires. Recommend staying here to everyone.

Easy location to get to. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Beds super comfy as always. Very accommodating and offers early check in which was required after driving for over 3 hours. Very welcoming and will be coming again. Thank you

Location handily placed just off M5. Room was modern with all required facilities. Reception staff particularly friendly and helpful.

I had not been to this hotel before, found it through previous good reviews and booked. Throughly enjoyed my stay, special mention to Yvonne, Stefan and Gabriella. Happy, smiling and welcoming faces, nothing too much trouble and a most enjoyable experience.

Great hotel, gorgeous facilities. Gerry checked us in / out and she was lovely. Beds were so good we actually overslept and missed breakfast, so we'll definitely have to come back again! All this, and the night was very reasonably priced. We'll be returning soon

Thank you for my room preparation; my husband was very happy with the anniversary decorations and the lovely card. It isn’t much but I love it, we both did. Thank you. I will come again.
