SANDWELL VALLEY COUNTRY PARK REVIEWS
We love this park. It's good for kids to play in. It's generally well kept. It has a nice car park which is payable most of the time but please check seasons and times before you pay. I love to talk a pleasant walk and having a nice quiet picnic is also most agreeable. I would recommend this park to families and couples. It has two table tennis areas and a basketball area. Also it has a workout area. You can hire bikes if you so choose.
Wonderful, huge country park, woodland trails, can get muddy! Has a visitor centre where you can pick up a map, buy gifts or coffee, tea and snacks. Some paths are hard standing, but then disappear into soft ground, but not too bad underfoot. Can see if your lucky, squirrels, woodpeckers, and lots of different birds too. Bridge over the M5 at one point, where you walk across! Ruins of the old priory, and a farm garden, plus cafe and tea rooms, and the bunny village, which kids will love. Parking is plentiful and good value, easily spend a day there.
Very spaces park with lots of hidden gems to explore. Parking was easy with front accessible toilets. We walked towards the park and lake to have a picnic. It wasn't crowded, where we sat people were on walks and enjoying the park. We walked towards the small funfair and further into the garden area to explore the small museum. The gardens were well looked after with many produce from fruits to vegetables. A small coffee shop selling food and drink. Further on a small shop selling honey, eggs and many more items to purchase. The lady at the till was lovely. We walked around the woods track, lots to explore. Overall a very enjoyable afternoon out.

LIGHTWOODS PARK AND HOUSE REVIEWS
A really lovely park in the heart of Bearwood. The grounds are well kept and tidy all the time, no litter or evidence of vandalism, so it always feels safe and clean. Dog walkers are respectful and courteous in general, so no complaints there. Nice cafes within a few strides, plenty of places to sit and lounge around, picnic benches, a skate park, walking paths... All perfect. I love Lightwoods.
I like this park. It's great for a casual walk, bike ride, running, skateboarding and roller skating. A nice place to unwind and spend time after a busy day.
Lovely park with good parking on nearby roads. Has a good playground for kids, with a huge climbing frame and recently added new apparatuses.

WARLEY WOODS REVIEWS
Clean and well kept, nice for a stroll,a picnic or just a sit down to watch the sun set. So many different routes to be explored as well as well as a nature trail/walk with lots of benches along the way for a little sit down. There's also a nice playground area. There are a lot of dog walkers and at times dogs may be off their lead however everyone is super friendly and conscious of their pets never had an issue.
It was such a lovely park, way bigger than I thought. So many lovely dogs and fairy doors!! Definitely would recommend this park to anyone wanting to go for a lovely stroll. Definitely will have to explore more books and crannies of the park.
Absolutely the best park I’ve been, therapeutic to simply walk around. So much nature around and the trees are majestic.
