First time using this company and very impressed. Used for 3 journeys to and from work and very punctual. All drivers were friendly and professional. Journey home tonight with Jaz 27, he stopped at the cashpoint for me and was very friendly, car was immaculate and made the journey home enjoyable. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

Great Taxi company and always use this company, last time I used was this week monday a respectful Kurdish Driver with great customer service. also forgot to ask for receipt then I called, got the receipt via Whatsapp. very helpful and good customer service many thanks. We used Excelsior Cars for our recent holiday to Barcelona. With a larger group of us (7 people) they were extremely accommodating and professional. Arrived on time taking and collecting from the airport with really friendly staff both times. Little things like asking how our holiday was etc was a lovely touch. Had no waiting around when landing back into East Midlands with the driving arriving bang on time for our flight. Amazing service from start to finish. Our first time using Excelsior Cars and it definitely won’t be our last. Already booked for our next holiday in September. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This car company goes above and beyond. I experienced difficulties with card payment and was told not to worry to try again later. The driver even phoned me and gave details of exactly where he was which made it very easy for us. Our journey was first class with a lovely driver. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them again if needed.

Perfect service both to and from the airport. Our car was exactly on time, Carter was friendly and professional with a spotless vehicle. On the way back, Kamran met us in arrivals right on time, again an extremely friendly and professional driver with another incredibly clean car. This was my first time using an airport transfer service, and I will not be using anyone else. Very highly recommended.
