Absolutely love having my hair done here! After going to a few salons and being told that they could not do the style and colour that I wanted, I spoke to the team at Tangled and they did everything I asked for. Rachel and Ellis are remarkable, I have been going for a good few months now and could not imagine going anywhere else! Ellis always astonishes me getting the colour results perfect (I change my colour every time) and Rachel alway does a perfect cut. Thank you ladies.

Super friendly, very accommodating and affordable! Most hair stylists turn me down due to having super dark thick Asian hair, the colour turned out super vibrant and lifted amazingly. Hair type: Medium long Asian hair, black. Some of the toughest hair to dye.

Benita permed my son's hair beautifully. He told me she was very nice, explaining everything to him and was very gentle and it wasn't too noisy. I had called the salon the day before to make them aware of his sensory needs and I needn't have worried at all. Thank you, we will be coming back.

I had a wax done by Gurdeep who was lovely. I explained I was nervous after some bad experiences with beauty shops in the area, and she made me feel comfortable and remained professional the whole time. I also told Gurdeep i am not good with wax pain and she made me feel at ease. Waxing techniques are 10/10. Excellent customer service by all staff, definitely coming back again. Prices are really good as well & good quality of products used.

I have been coming to this salon since last year now as a regular and they are very competent and friendly. Specifically Gurdeep who is my personal favourite as she does her job very thoroughly such as any waxing you need done. I just did a full body wax from her and she did a great job and I’m very happy with the results. The prices are very reasonable and other staff are all lovely. Highly recommend.
