Very efficient and effective service. Clear explanations by both boiler engineer and customer care operatives on the end of the phone. The website is straightforward, the only thing that could do with a bit of improvement is paying invoices from a quote, but that bit only appears complicated because the rest of the booking and paying system is so organised and easy. We were also worried about a blocked sink and asked subsequent to booking a service if they could also take a look and it was added to the job sheet without any fuss or anything. We also asked if they recommended any product or anything and the advice they gave resulted in us solving the problem ourselves. Really professional and kind. Will definitely be using again if we need to, even if it's just for a bit of advice or recommendation.

Required a plumber to fix my toilet which was not flushing and contacted Albion Plumbing by telephone. It turned out that the flush siphon need to be replaced and arranged for a plumber to call a few days later. The friendly and courteous plumber duly arrived on time and replaced the broken part, quickly and efficiently and left no mess afterwards. I was very happy with the job done and the price was reasonable. Would use Albion Plumbing in the future and would certainly recommend.
