I have never written a review of any product purchase service experience ever, so....As to SPM, so far, so good, but it's been four years and two continuing properties as a landlord so it's pretty damn good...! Four things stand out - they're immediately responsive; they're proactive ('you should think doing x y z to get ready for new legislation'); they absolutely follow through on repairs issues problems documents etc; and they are very very good at balancing tenants' and landlords' needs, a very delicate and horribly diplomatic balance. They have never made a failed call or recommendation in my experience. My particular manager just now ( and you always have a named manager ) is Lucy McKelvey who has been just outstanding ( patient, persistent, competent, brilliant at helping me and tenants to good solutions ) ; all of the others have been excellent. It's nice to start my reviewing career with an unequivocal recommendation...

Very happy as a landlord with the service that Southside have provided to date - clear, prompt communication and a great attention to detail. Special shout out to my P.M. Ione who has been fantastic - John & team have clearly worked hard to put a great team and business together. Highly recommended.

The whole experience with Umega and their team was great from a tenant perspective. I dealt mostly with Claire, Ben and also had contact with Georgia. Everyone was extremely helpful, communicative and informative throughout. Claire was my initial contact at application/contract stage and Ben showed me around the properly and took so much time to answer all my questions and will be the property manager going forward. I absolutely recommend using Umega. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Thank you.

I've rented a flat with Umega for a year and moved out only because my landlord was selling the property. One of the best letting agencies with great professionalism and support to tenants. My property manager Eleanora is truly amazing and is the one I always contact about any issue regarding the flat. She offered me immense support and was really quick to solve problems/queries. CLAN GORDON REVIEWS

Just finalized multi year tenancy with Clan Gordon. I'm fully satisfied and can recommend the agency. They deal with all the maintenance issues and requests quickly. You report problems using a dedicated website, which makes everything clear and transparent, by keeping all parties accountable. When I had other types of questions, I sent them by email. They always addressed it professionally and within reasonable timeframe. Contract finalization and deposit return went without an issue. There were small deductions to the deposit, but I consider them understandable. I think Clan Gordon is a good example of how agencies should operate.

As Landlords, we've been using Clan Gordon for many years and have found them to be a very professional team every step of the way, from advice on getting our properties ready for rental, setting competitive rents and on-going support, when issues arise in any of the properties. Most recently, Anna has been an excellent support in sourcing and managing contractors and assisting us with the refurbishment of one of our flats. Euan secured a new tenant very quickly for us after the work had been carried out. From start to finish everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Can't recommend Clan Gordon highly enough!

I had such a great experience with Clan Gordon a couple of months ago. Looking for a flat in a different city is always a stressful race, and competition for visits can be fierce, but the way they handle everything, from booking just a few people at a time, to following up regularly with applicants, differentiates them for the better.
