A total newbie to the carpet world but Cass was patient throughout the process with the recommendations for an underlay and fixtures. Excellent experience of Carpetright this morning. Case and Carl explained everything, gave me good options and involved the fitters giving me the confidence they would do what they agreed to on the fitting day. Very happy indeed and thanks for making my life less stressful.

Carl was very helpful and informative with all the options we were looking for. He has an outstanding knowledge of the products and the fitting process. Also the hot chocolate was excellent. We'll come back!

Style flooring did our entire house engineered floors and carpets with stair runners. Excellent service in helping us make the right choices, very patient as we kept changing our minds! The quality of the fitting was excellent and done exactly on time. You cannot go wrong using Style, great service and quality at a reasonable price.

Steve and the entire team were lovel and responsive throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk us through the different options, provided samples, and answered countless questions. The floor they installed looks great and we're very pleased with it.

Great company. Steve went above and beyond to make sure floor was done quickly, efficiently and looks great. All for a good price.

Just had the whole flat carpeted and vinyl in bathroom and kitchen. Great job and price right from sales with John to the fitters at LDL Carpets and Flooring Stephen and Andrew. Did a great job in half the time expected took all the old carpets away and left no mess. All were undaunted by my awkward Old Town flat. I’d highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
