BLUEBIRD CARE EDINBURGH REVIEWS

Attended wellness Wednesday in Edinburgh office this afternoon. Natalie was very friendly and helpful, assisted us with any questions we have around our wealth. She introduced Wisdom app which gives us all information and support regarding health and our wellbeing. Hopefully more team blue to attend next meeting, please download the Wisdom app. Thanks again to Natalie.

Just attended Wellness Wednesday at Bluebird Care Edinburgh which is held once a month for members of staff to discuss their wellbeing with Natalie Alexander our Wellness Consultant. All Carers and Staff welcome! This month we were blessed with a sound bath when Natalie brought her sound bowls and helped us to erase all our stress and negativity. It was amazing! I’ve never done this before and was very impressed.

I’m very happy with the service I get, all the carers that have came in always give you 101% and no job is refused when you ask. Time keeping is always spot on, very very friendly staff. I like when I have regular carers come in and when I’m not well they know my exact Routine. The carers Rebecca, Shell, Prima and Dion are great and are happy to assist with anything I need. Also any communication to the office with Cara and Chelsea is dealt with professionally and any issues quickly resolved. Sandra Hunter.

I have had Home Instead for over 2 years now and find them helpful in all the tasks they do for me. Especially anything I need in regard to for example getting my blue badge form for renewals done on a smartphone as I don't have a laptop or smartphone, taking me shopping, to appointments and generally helping me to live at home myself. If I need more help in the future, I know will get it. Also, the company have a cheery smile when they arrive on my care day.

We have been delighted with the service offered by Home Instead - both in terms of the care and attention given by the staff, and the supporting management of the service. The team has been responsive and prof essional throughout, and those delivering the service have been friendly, sympathetic and attentive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to others.

My dad has Alzheimer's and the daily visit by the carers provides invaluable additional support and companionship. Home Instead are very proactive in calling me with any concerns and questions the carers have. The overall support provided is excellent.
