John and his assistant fitted a flat anthracite wall radiator in our bathroom, which we are very pleased with - it heats the bathroom more efficiently than our previous chrome one, yet you don’t burn yourself when you touch it. John and his assistant came on time and fitted the radiator quickly & efficiently, leaving the bathroom spotless when they left. A friendly plumber who I would recommend.

The service engineer arrived in good time. He was friendly and chatty. He was very thorough, checked for any gas leaks, explained what he was doing, and was happy to answer any questions that I asked him. John installed a new boiler in my home. He was informative and helpful right from the beginning throughout the process. He was punctual, hardworking and very professional as too was the colleague who worked with him. He made sure everything was working and went over and above to get the system working optimally. I called Mark yesterday evening (friday 13th June) regarding my kitchen mixer tap that would no longer stop running even with the taps fully off, said he could come round this morning to sort it (Saturday 14th June). Very nice guy, Very reasonably priced especially since my kitchen still has what I call 'Old School' Plumbing and I have been putting off having my new tap fitted thinking it would be a couple hundred pound minimum.

Mark came and sorted out a blocked toilet for us within about an hour! His price seemed very reasonable and he was a very nice and easy to deal with. If you have a plumbing issue I would 100% recommend calling him.
