He was also happy to answer any questions we had even after the report was delivered. And all of this at an excellent price. I would have no hesitation in using Yorkshire Surveyors Limited again or recommending them to others.

Matthew provided an excellent, in depth survey for us in a very prompt manner. His report was thorough, clear and concise with very helpful advice where needed. The clear guidance was supported with photos that illustrated his advice. His local knowledge of the Holmfirth area also added to the context of the report and added to our reassurance. What impressed us the most was the personal touches such as a call to give us his first impressions after visiting the property so that we weren’t left anxiously waiting for his report. With that said his report was sent promptly, even arriving the night before his promised deadline. He also very kindly made time for a phone call so that we could ask all our questions after we had read through his report. No question was too silly and he made sure that we had all our queries answered in full. I would have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Matthew to anyone in need of his services.
