From the moment I contacted Bramleys the sale process was very easy. They came to view the property quickly and didn't put pressure on me to sign up to use them, just contact them when I was ready. Emma has been absolutely amazing sorting out the renewal of my tenancy. I recently had to find a new guarantor and had to use housinghand, they were quite difficult but Emma was amazing through the whole process and chased up the application for me and spent time out of her day to get answers when it was too stressful for me. Cannot fault her service and I think Martin&Co have been amazing since I first moved in 18 months ago. They’ve always replied when I’ve contacted and always addressed my concerns with my landlord as soon as I let them know of something.
