We first contacted Raymond after trying unsuccessfully to find undersized external composite doors elsewhere for our cottage. He certainly didn’t disappoint and his (and the company’s) efficient response, attention to detail and customer service was second to none. Raymond insisted that we go and visit to make sure we were happy with what we were ordering. Once ordered we didn’t have to wait long at all for the doors to be completed. Raymond followed up once the doors were supplied, again to ensure we were happy. We are absolutely delighted with the doors; the quality and workmanship is excellent and we’d highly recommend to anyone. In fact our builder was so impressed he will be keen to do future business with Lockwood Doors. We’ve already had lots of comments about how they look like they’ve always been part of the cottage!

We have very recently had Lockwood Window's supply and fit two new exterior doors. What a superb result! Everything from start to finish was handled impeccably. From calling at the showroom to view multiple options and being given sound advice and recommendations through to Richard calling to carry out a survey and offer competitive pricing. The lead time advised by Richard was precise and exactly as set out to us. Then finally the installation arranged with Raymond and the two fitters was spot on! They arrived when promised and both worked tirelessly in very warm conditions. They were polite, tidy and helpful and a credit to the business. We have no hesitation in recommending Lockwood Window's further, as they had been recommended to us.

We’ve just had Lockwood windows replace the 4 large windows at the back of our house. We now wish we’d got them to do the front ones too. They’re so professional and easy to communicate with. The fitters, 2 young lads were just amazing, they were polite and courteous, they covered everywhere they were going to walk with sheets so they made very little mess, and were so quiet while working. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. We’re extremely pleased with our new windows. I can’t recommend this company enough. Well done Lockwood windows 5 stars from us.

I have had all my windows replaced over the past 10 years and had the front done replaced a few years ago and the back door done this week, all with Gardinia Windows. I return to Gardinia as I know I can trust them to do an excellent job and keep to the time schedule with the fitters turning up on time on the day requested. Each job has been done with minimal disruption to the rest of the house and all left clean and tidy at the end of the day. Another reason I like to use Gardinia is they have never tried to sell me more than I require and do not pester me to have further jobs done, even though they know the work will need doing one day. The staff are friendly and the fitters polite and respectful of your property. I have had to have an odd window handle or mechanism replaced but again it was easily fixed with no delays. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Gardinia replaced our windows and installed french doors. We initially dealt with Mark, who was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to talk to. We were notified when they would install and the installation team did a fantastic job. Everything a perfect fit and sealed tight. The trim inside is very well done. You can tell they were an experienced team.

We have used Gardinia Windows at our old property, so they were our first choice to replace our windows and door in our new home, so glad we did, they look amazing, all work done to a very high standard, the installers were great guys, professional and polite and they went above and beyond to make everything look perfect.
