Very pleased with my window installation this week. Was reluctantly replacing my Edwardian sash windows with UPVC for energy efficiency. The initial rep was really knowledgeable and helpful, as was the surveyor. I found the sales a little pushy, ringing most days, but they were the best value of three quotes and offered 0% finance so happy yo go with them in the end. The installation team Phil, Stuart and Peter were amazing. They worked incredibly fast and efficiently. 5 windows, front door and patio door done, with the filling and relining required for the old sash windows (kept wooden interior sills and frames), in under 7 hours. They were very tidy, left nothing behind, and the house was cleaner after than when they arrived. They have taken away the old stained glass to encase in the front window top opening so really looking forward to seeing how that turns out and preserving a little history of the house. House feels warmer and quieter already. Many thanks.
Finally able to post a review after losing my password. Had a replacement conservatory roof in summer 2022 and was delighted with the experience. Sadly I've forgot the name of the 2 lads that fitted it but they were amazing. Every day they cleaned before they left. They were very knowledgeable and professional and did a superb job. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Walkers windows. Good price and payment options too.
The sales person I was dealing with was Jim - absolute legend. Great customer service from the start and updated me with all necessary details. The doors that I got fitted look amazing and very well manufactured & fitted. Thanks for the great service.

Fantastic professional experience from the start. The fully kitted out showroom has a huge range of doors and windows which actually function so you can really see what you're buying ahead of time, and Raymond's guidance and experience was fantastic. The whole process was simple, well explained and a great price to boot. Despite terrible weather come fitting the guys got everything fitted on time, acheived a brilliant finish (far superior than we previously had) and managed to leave very little mess. Really happy with our new windows and front door, and overall a great experience and will certainly be recommending them!
Great service from Raymond and the team at Lockwood windows and doors. Very professional and helpful in helping us choose our new back door which arrived very quickly and looks great. We chose an Irish oak door which is of very good quality. The fitters arrived promptly and were very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend Lockwood windows and doors.

Mark and his team fulfilled every requirement we had, excellent communication and installation. All steps were carried out on time and ahead of schedule during the installation dates. Would recommend to family and friends and will be sure to return them for any future projects.
I would like to highly recommend Gardinia for anyone looking for new windows or doors. I had a great experience with their company from start to finish. Gardinia scheduled a time to come out and measure my home. The installers were very professional and clean, for both the 6 windows and front door. They took the time to answer any questions I had and make sure I was happy with the installation. Mr. Mark wheelwright was really helpful throughout and suggested and explained different designs which can look better, thereby providing me with numerous options.
Our experience of Gardinia was fabulous. Right from the very knowledgeable (and might I say very dashing) Adrian in sales giving us the best detailed info we needed to choose our windows right through to installation.
