Always try to get to you ASAP. Sorted out major faults with heating last year. We are an retired couple, I am disabled, they do all they can to help us. First class.

We have used Wentworth and Jeffries for about ten years. They replaced our boiler for us, have fixed leaks and replaced our taps and serviced our gas fire. I really wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They are always friendly, very efficient and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. I would happily recommend them to anybody else.

Alex installed our downstairs toilet (wall hung) and countertop sink on a Zenith worktop. His workmanship was excellent and he was very responsive any time of day incl. weekends. Alex was incredibly helpful in identifying good value products such as the frame for the wall hung toilet and worked non stop to complete the job as promised. He was also happy to fix a leak whilst he was here which was not part of the original quote. I would highly recommend Alex and will definitely use him again for any future plumbing work!!

Great guys, Alex was very responsive and was able to offer the price we were looking for. We got a replacement toilet, bath and sink, the guys removed and installed all three for us.
