They are a very trustworthy company that really care about their customers . The installation itself for the whole house was to absolute perfection The 2 guys that did all fitting James and Kieran were fantastic. They were both so hard working friendly, polite and professional even while being harassed by our husky that wanted belly rubs lol. The fitting they did was perfectly seamless and so clean and tidy they are an absolute credit to the company, my partner made them well deserved bacon sandwiches. The quality of the doors and windows was outstanding and well worth every penny the overall cost was very reasonable . We are absolutely over the moon with our new doors and windows it’s transformed our home Thank you so much for a outstanding job well done to all x

We would highly recommend Matthew Oliver over anyone else. They provided a quick and courteous invitation to visit their showroom. We were greeted by Estelle who was extremely professional when showing us their products. She was very knowledgeable and was quick to show us how our chosen product would look in situ. She even dropped off a sample of the door colour to our home, and opened the showroom on a Saturday to make sure we were happy with our choice. From placing our order to installation was pretty faultless and timely, thanks go to Sharon who handled the admin brilliantly. They were even able to fit the door a day earlier than planned. We had new Front/Rear Door and windows installed by Matthew Oliver Windows in May 2024. It’s a big purchase so I did my research, I was impressed with online reviews, company website, seeing their Work Vans out and about as well as the response to my initial online enquiry. It quickly became clear that MO were the perfect fit to our needs. We have been impressed with all of the Staff throughout the process from Lee making the initial reply to my query right through to the excellent Fitters James and Kieron and through to the After Sales Team. Good communication throughout, excellent choice of products and options and sensible advice, which has included visits to the Showroom and the flexibility to amend and tweak our requirements. I am so happy with my new windows. Martindale Windows did everything right, starting with a no nonsense visit from Russ, (no hard sales tactics or 3 hr presentations), just a no nonsense quote. Decided to go for the flush fit sash which was not too much more than casement. Really thorough survey meant that installation was no bother at all. Ryan and Ryan spent 4 days doing an awesome job fitting our windows and back door, helpful, courteous and CLEAN. I have just had a new door panel supplied and fitted by Martindale windows.
