First appointment with Laura yesterday who has worked wonders in removing ingrowing toenails that had been troubling me for many months. Her skill in gently removing the problem nail growth, without any pain (or blood!) was simply amazing that it was hard to believe was possible. It was also reassuring that from the start of the process the condition of my feet were tested carefully, and care taken to ensure that each stage of her work was carried out with clinical thoroughness. Such a huge relief to be able to walk again without the constant grief of painful toes. So I have no hesitation in recommending the Ferring Foot Clinic, and will certainly be visiting again for regular podiatry treatment, to ensure there is no repeat of the issues I had.

I don't normally write reviews as I always feel good customer service should be a normal thing. but after having an appointment with the Ferring Foot Clinic I had to share my experience. from the very first call I felt they were a class act and indeed they were. The receptionist, the email communication, the customer care and James himself were nothing short of first class. the level of knowledge from James was incredible and the care and interest in you as a customer was super. Hats off to James and his staff as my dealings with them have been exceptionally good. I will certainly recommend this clinic.. thank you James and his staff.

My first visit at a Foot Clinic. I had an appointment with James who explained everything to me in detail and in a way that I fully understood. James adapted my insoles and immediately I felt the difference. James gave me a few exercises to do at home and a few days on my back pain has gone and my feet no longer ache in the evening. So very impressed and highly recommend.

I had a 30-minute consultation with Tristan yesterday and was very impressed with his approach and professionalism. In what was our first session together he accurately diagnosed and treated areas of hard skin which had been giving me considerable pain as well as removing an annoying corn. And there was time for a tailored discussion about my foot care. I am very happy to recommend Tristan and Sussex Total Foot Care.

I hadn't been to a podiatrist for a few years, went today to Total Foot Care. Tristan was brilliant!!! Thorough, professional with a friendly manner. Will definitely be going back & wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Prices are fixed too, which is very helpful.

Tristan provided advice for my child who had some skin concerns on the heels of his feet. His advice was helpful and reassuring and he had a great manner with my little boy. Would highly recommend it.
