Vet Mark and the reception team were absolutely fantastic yesterday when our dog Lottie developed an allergic reaction. Took a number of phone calls from us with concerns and each time provided brilliant advice and guidance, and ended up arranging an urgent appointment for Lottie to be seen. Mark was very professional and reassuring, even going the extra mile to give me a call before he left for the day to see how Lottie was doing. Thank you so much to you all!.

You are always greeted with a friendly smile and the nurses and vets are very knowledgeable and caring. We’ve always received excellent treatment there.

Went above and beyond when we had to have our dog put to sleep.It was the extra little things that made all the difference.Thank you Louise and your amazing team.

When I got my rescue girl I looked at different Vets in the area, so glad I chose Northdale. Such a friendly and helpful team , reception team, Nurses and Vets all doing their best to help both animals and owners. My girl visits on a regular basis for a nail trim, not always the easiest job, but the nurses always show patience and kindness . Many Thanks.

Had to take my 14 year old rescue cat here as an emergency. Jan on reception got us registered really quickly and we had an appointment in an hour. Everyone from the reception staff to the vet were so lovely and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you!.

The reception staff very welcoming when we registered, even more welcoming when they saw the puppy! The vet was very helpful and good with the puppy. Recommended.

This was our first visit and they fitted us in immediately as we were concerned about our cat passing blood. We saw Eimear who was so lovely, reassuring and thorough. Our cat is usually pretty nervous but was so relaxed that Eimear was able to take blood samples without administering an anti anxiety tablet first. Everything was explained clearly to us throughout the appointment. The whole team including the reception staff were so friendly and lovely, I am just so happy we switched to them.

We have been taking our dog to Vets4Pets Worthing since he was 8 weeks old (he is now 2 and a half). The staff are the kindest, loveliest people! Our dog was really ill today and we rushes him to the vets, he was seen within minutes and the team comforted us and checked on him constantly. Every time we have gone there the care and service is impeccable. I was a complete wreck today whilst we were waiting and the way the staff comforted us made such a huge difference. Rosie has been there since we started using the vets and she is incredible! A massive thanks to you all!

My cat biscuit was spayed yesterday, the love and care she was given was amazing. The aftercare information I received was explained really well and all my questioned were answered. Thank you all for your help and care you showed me and my grandkids when collecting biscuit.
