Claire and Stuart provide an excellent service. Claire is very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. I have absolute faith in her ability to help with my physical issues. Stuart runs a very well organised service, he always aims to find an appointment that is best for me and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed while waiting for my appointment. I feel they both think my needs are the most important. I recommend them unreservedly.

Pulled my back and was in a lot of pain. Stuart kindly managed to book me in at short notice, the booking process was straightforward and quick. Tanya carried out my treatment, she was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. With just 1 and a half sessions/hours I was able to return normal activities and without pain. Price was very competitive, Would highly recommend Sussex Physio Pilates to all.

After a series of operations I was worried about what exercises I could do safely. Tania was able to show me how to exercise safely and how to modify everyday exercises. I am much more confident now and feel I am building up my strength again. Tania showed me a range of exercises and helped me to work through them giving me an explanatory leaflet to help me at home.

I highly recommend Dean Dickenson! From my first visit with my newborn, the professionalism and expertise were evident. Dean took the time to understand the issues, provided effective treatment, and explained everything clearly. My son was so calm during his treatment and instantly we could see the benefits after his first session. Both myself and my husband have since been treated by Dean for a number of injuries/twinges and again were both extremely happy with his knowledge and expertise in locating and treating the cause. I could not speak more highly of Dean who came as a recommendation by three people who were unknown to each other in separate conversations. Thank you Dean for having such a positive impact on not only my babies health but ours too.

My son ruptured his meniscus back in December and had surgery to repair. Dan has been incredible with him and have been working really hard to get him ready for his rugby season in September. He’s gone from strength to strength and my son listened to everything Dan has told him to do … I would highly recommend.

After suddenly losing tricep strength in my right arm via a trapped nerve, nothing was fixing it for 3 months and the doctor said it just needed time. Josh worked on it over 4 sessions, and I felt a difference straight away and now I'm nearly back to my standard gym routine. Really grateful for the help to sort it.

Cannot say enough good things about Core Physio! They are bloody brilliant, fixed my trapped nerve! Amazing job! They fitted me in as an emergency appointment just before Christmas and relieved the pain in one visit. Three visits later and the issue is 100% resolved.

Fantastic service. I injured my calf windsurfing, just before my holiday. Even though she was very busy, Cathy fitted me in for a quick assessment, explained some remedial exercises and kindly loaned me crutches to take away on holiday.

Cathy and her team are so lovely! They have treated my daughter and me several times and are always friendly, warm and professional. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
