It was a truly inspiring experience. I have been actively going to the gym for about 2 years. Based on my research, EMS technology holds a lot of promise in this regard. When I went to Bodystreet, I was greeted by a very professional team, with smiles, and they really knew their job. I enjoyed it and felt that every muscle in my body was working. Bodystreet is a great place to train at as the technology is effective and the team are very friendly and help to keep you motivated. I enjoy it in addition to trying to get a few runs in during the week. It helps to ensure I keep up the routine of training.
Chloe and the team have been fab at making me feel welcome, understanding my goals and helping push me forwards in my fitness. I play basketball and want to work on increasing my strength and speed without having high impact on my joints so this is a great way to do that. It’s also very time efficient as it’s just a 20 minute workout once a week.

I hadn’t been to the gym properly for years before coming to PW Physique. It is a lovely, welcoming environment which didn’t make walking through the door scary. Antony really helps and takes the time to talk through any advice needed. I would 100% recommend and you can see differences after following his exercises.

I highly recommend Clare she’s an extremely qualified nutritionist, her service is delivered with passion, empathy, care, and she’ll help you rethink the way you prepare and plan your meals. Clare has helped me improve my knowledge of healthy eating and nutrition by following her simple meal plans. I also highly recommend her workshops, they are very informative and so much fun! Her workshops consist of Fermented Foods, Vegan Cheese Making, Detox and Cleanse Workshop, and Chocolate Truffles Workshops!
