I’ve been attending Slimming World for a few months now, and the results have been amazing! The group support keeps me motivated, and the plan is easy to follow. I’ve lost weight steadily and feel healthier and more confident every day. The consultants are friendly and really helpful with tips and advice.

I highly recommend Clare she’s extremely qualified nutritionist, her service is delivered with passion, empathy, care, and she’ll help you rethink the way you prepare and plan your meals. Clare has helped me improve my knowledge of healthy eating and nutrition by following her simple meal plans. I also highly recommend her workshops, they are very informative and so much fun! Her workshops consist of Fermented Foods, Vegan Cheese Making, Detox and Cleanse Workshop, and Chocolate Truffles Workshops.

What an inspirational person Clare Goldfinch is! I booked a One to One Nutrition Consultation with her and I can honestly say, I came away a better person for it. Whatever your concerns about weight issues, correct diet or just your health in general, Clare is your woman. She is positive and knowledgable about life and I ,100% recommend that you spend some time with her. You won't regret it. Thank you Clare.

Such a great experience. I thought I was eating quite well but after a consultation with the amazing Clare I now know so much more!! So many tips and great recipes.
