I’ve been a tenant with Bairstow eves a few years now and Amy Ashfield has always been really polite, helpful and quick to respond :) Thanks! - I was with them for 5 years in the end and I can only say good things about them. Sophie and Amy were fantastic and maintenance are absolutely on it. They chase all the repairs and keep you up to date, they want to ensure that you’re happy too, they care for the tenants and the landlords alike. I can’t recommend them enough. I have been a Landlord for only the last five years or so and during that time I have my properties managed by Bairstow Eves Nottingham. I have a full time job and need reassurance that my properties are being managed well. Which is why I am so happy to be a customer of Bairstow Eves. I have never had a problem that the team have never solved for me, the communication is swift and accurate and it gives me a large degree of ease so I don’t have to worry. I deal with Tiffany, Amy x2 and Sophie, sorry if I missed someone, when I say they are friendly I mean in the sense that I almost feel that we are all friends. I would recommend any new landlord to give them a call.

Excellent service as a Landlord. The property valuers completed a quick and informative valuation and the house was let within one week. They informed me of the new laws which other agents didnt and really showed they wanted to look after me and the house as well as doing their job to find a tenant. Well done, highly recommended and cannot fault the work.
