Secure Windows is a very professional company. When I asked for a quote from Zak online, he sent it to me very quickly and he wasn't pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Overall I only had to wait about 2 months to enjoy the new windows. James and his team did a great job and they cleaned up really nicely after too. We were worried that we might get some marks on our tiles by where the windows were being changed, but they finished the job without any marks, scuffs, or breaks - we were really impressed. Thank you again.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Zak came to discuss measure and price up. He was so honest and professional he went round and checked all the windows being honest to their condition and which needed replacing. There was no hard sale, his measurements and quote was with us that evening. Once we had agreed James came and completed a final measurements. Lee and Tie arrived early yesterday morning didn’t stop until the job was completed. Absolutely thrilled with their hard work, professionalism and dedication. I have recently had Acorn windows replace a glass conservatory. The whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. James had some great ideas and the quote was prompt and competitive. The fitters turned up on time, were very polite and left every very tidy at the end of each day. I couldn’t be happier with the end result, it has completely transformed the space! I’d highly recommend Acorn Windows.

Was recommended to Acorn Windows by the chap we use to replace blown double-glazed panes. Acorn came back with the best of 3 quotes to replace 4 windows and we are very happy with the outcome. Fitters were incredibly punctual, polite and tidy. Very happy to recommend.

From the outset we have been highly impressed with the quality and service provided by D&M. Kevin patiently answered all of our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Having the showroom was useful as it gave us the opportunity to see, discuss and decide window and door trim options before ordering. The entire job of replacing our windows and back door took about a week, carried out by expert installers Steve, Cass and Paul who were friendly, easy to get on with and professional. Steve, in particular, was meticulous in his approach to making sure that the installation was perfect. All work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and mess, and with full consideration given to the fact that I was working from home during the installation period. Overall, we are really happy with the results and have already recommended D&M to others.

Excellent service from start to finish We have previously used D and M in modern houses and they did a fantastic a job. This time we are in a period cottage in a Conservation area so needed some different windows. We had Evolution Storm Windows and a French Door (sprayed internally to match colour scheme) installed. We absolutely love the windows and door, you would not know they are not wood. Just what we were looking for - a perfect fit with no maintenance, unlike the wood alternative Nothing too much trouble and great guys came out to do the fitting who were professional and did a very neat and tidy job. We are delighted with out windows and the service we received Excellent family ran company

Really great company who we will definitely use again! They helped us design a new front door at a much more reasonable price than many others, and in a design we far preferred! The people who came to fit it were friendly, professional and did a great job, leaving the area really clean. Can’t recommend them enough.
