Had a visit from Edi today, Genuinely lovely gentleman. Knowledgeable and approachable, took his time to explain what he was doing. Time efficient and hard working. Very good. Kept me up to date with txt and calls to make sure I was in for the appointment. Lady that came out to do it was very professional and answered any questions I had about what it was for. Respected that I needed to get my daughter and the baby up and did all down stairs first. Quick and it was all done before I knew it.
