Peter Cooke is very friendly and turned up exactly on the dot when he said he would. It pays to book in advance as he is extremely busy. He worked solidly for several hours sweeping the chimney without making any mess and completing the service on our log burner. He replaced certain parts and at the end of the day the log burner looked brand new, amazing!

We had our stove serviced this morning, it now looks like brand new! The attention to detail is spot on and all done for a very reasonable price, the one that was quoted. Really pleased with the service and I recommend them highly.

Peter has been absolutely perfect from start to finish from his professional work to just offering friendly Advice I would 100% reccomend using his serivces and will be in the future for sure.

Arranged to get the chimney in my new home swept before use over winter. Toby came round and after investigating, realised that that fire would be a hazard to light, due to previous building errors and the fireplace is essentially decorative. He explained my options and was very helpful and informative. He insisted on not taking my money as he was unable to sweep the chimney. Will recommend to everyone I know with a log burner/fireplace - proper local business!

I thoroughly recommend Sherwood Chimney Sweep services. As well as sweeping, Toby generously entertained all my questions to get me up and running as an open fire user. The kids agree it was the most fun house job yet!

First time we used Toby to clean our chimney and I'm so glad that we did! Toby was very polite, and explained the whole process throughout. Toby is very neat and tidy and obviously very knowledgeable about his job. We will be definitely asking him again to sweep our chimney next year and have already recommended him to a number of our friends. Thank you Toby, see you next year.

Thank you Darren and team for a job well done! Really good care and attention in sorting a job for my elderly mother, and very kind in fitting the job in so quickly. Attentive and good at explaining everything, and great comms throughout. Had to make fireplace and chimney etc compliant and this was done professionally and at a great price. Work included adding a soot box, replacing a damaged chimney pot, and fitting a cowl. Thank you so much. Will definitely ask for your services again in the future! Would fully recommend.
