Just had a Daikin Stylish fitted to our bedroom to provide heating, cooling and de-humidifying capability’s, Initial survey carried out by Kane, who spent lots of time explaining everything and the options we had. Install carried out by Alex and Mathew, who did a great job even though it rained most of the day. Excellent communication Helen from the office. Very pleased (just need some warm weather to try it out properly). We had a few quotes and this company were comparable on price, but the customer service sealed the deal. Would recommend to anyone.

The Trent Refrigeration Team's two operatives did a great job.They were helpful, and communicative, and we were v. happy with everything . They fully explained the installation and operation and did a thorough cleaning up job.The whole process went well and we considered the price value for money.

Had a couple of units fitted by Rich and Tom from Chill Air conditioning. They were awesome from start to finish. A very tidy job done professionally. The whole purchase process was slick and we were kept informed throughout. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly!

Great company with high quality service and good products. We had air con installed by ChillAir last year. Took 2 days to complete the installation - team were highly professional throughout. AC works as desired and we do use it for heating in the winter too (cheaper than central heating). Would recommend.

TOP 3 NOT JUST COOLING REVIEWS

I had A/C fitted throughout the home, a ducted system upstairs and wall mounted units downstairs. It was a great service from the initial survey to completion. Some of the best aspects were discovering at survey how a large unit could be installed in the loft through a small new build loft hatch by disassembling/reassembling the unit, which saved me going down an expensive route to enable easier access. Also the air valves installed in the ceiling upstairs look very smart, and even the large units outside are a neat job. The install team managed to keep on top of any mess while working for several days. 5 stars!

Superb service, the installers were first class, very tidy, no mess, beautiful job, exactly as we requested. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommend this Company.
