Our stay was warm, cosy, very clean and most of all the gardens round the site are very nice and clean , all of the staff including the cleaning staff were and are very pleasant and are happy to help with anything you asked, so we will be going back.

Ideally situated motorhome site to access Glasgow by train. Station 15mins walk with regular trains. Very peaceful, clean site managed by friendly staff.

Lovely quiet park. Lovely hosts. Close to Glasgow Children's Hospital.

I can't highlight how Haydale is such a great home. The staff are so nice and treat the residents like they are part of their family. The activities they run and organize are amazing. They have a social media page where all events upcoming are posted and also update when the events happen. I'm so glad my relative is a resident as she is so happy and settled.

My sister moved here months ago and took some time to settle but management and staff went over and above the call of duty and do every day to make residents feel at home 1st class care ran by 1st class people.

Fantastic home. My brother loves it here. Staff are friendly and always helpful.

The carers are excellent. Kind and gentle. Food is excellent and it makes a difference that it is freshly cooked. Husband's room is clean and orderly. Grounds are nice and tidy with pleasant areas for sitting out weather permitting. Nursing staff are pleasant and accessible.

We are very happy with the care my Mum receives in Ailsa Craig, she is happy and safe here, the staff are lovely and really care about my mum's wellbeing. There are always activities going on and Mum is never forced to take part, so she goes when she feels like it, which suits her. It is not an easy job that the staff do and as a family, we appreciate the care given to Mum by all care staff and everyone who works here.

I'm always relieved that my mum is well taken care of, nothing is too much trouble for management or staff. My family and myself are always made to feel welcome, never feel in the way. I always feel very confident about her care.
