The staff were professional, accommodating, and had excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. They could not have been more helpful and made my first experience of using storage from start to finish a dream. It was also each and every member of staff. Very effective team and I would highly recommend Safestore. Thank you each and all.

I really had great experience in safe storage . All the stuffs are kept safely and locked and keys are given so that I can access it anytime. I’m happy to keep my things again to store in a safe place.

Excellent service staff very helpful, polite and courteous couldnt ask for better....but...could do with another lift would definately go back tho.

Excellent customer service - all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The units are clean and dry, there are various sizes and mine was just right for my needs, plus the process of moving stuff in and out is very easy. Pricing (for an annual hire) is competitive. Highly recommend.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good setup for storage of large or small items, with trolleys and large service lift to help with transport. Would definitely use again.

Euan made it really easy to reserve a unit. He was so helpful and answered all my queries and made the whole process seamless. Excellent service :).

We had a fantastic experience with easyStorage while moving out of our student accommodation! Arju and Cairon were absolutely brilliant being super quick, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. They helped us move from two different buildings with no fuss at all, and made what could have been a stressful day really smooth and easy. On top of that, they were both really friendly and easy to chat with, which made the whole experience even better. Couldn't recommend them more. Will definitely be using easyStorage again in the future!

Used their pod service and it was very easy and efficient. Arrived on time and even phoned shortly before to say they were on their way. Our two storage guys - Keiran and Frank were great, they introduced themselves before starting and were polite and courteous throughout. Also very helpful, ensuring we had photos of the pod/storage details before they left. Also praise to the cutomer service team who were at the end of the phone if needed and contacted us after to make sure we were satisfied with the service.

The easyStorage team did an excellent job with their removal, collection, and storage services. Overall, the team was friendly and the whole collection process was easy and quick. The team did a fabulous job and I would recommend their service
