LOWER DECK SEAFOOD RESTAURANT REVIEWS
This restaurant was recommended by a local as a good seafood place. They were right, everything was so fresh and tasted amazing. Our server Michelle was fantastic, so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m a fat guy so I know food, and I HIGHLY recommend eating here if you’re in Portree.
Fun, small space with incredible service- especially since they only had two waitresses! Food was tasty, watch out for the wait! There was a line out the door to get in, so be prepared for that.
Local seafood spot that is very much worthy of dining. This is a first come, first sit place. We arrived right on opening. The service was friendly and quick. The food was amazing, ordered soup and calamari starters, main was seabass, and sticky toffee pudding was fabulous.

SEA BREEZES REVIEWS
Amazingly fresh and delicious seafood. We had the seafood platter for 2 and everything was cooked to perfection (salmon, mussels and scallops). Highly recommended and you should make reservations in advance.
Friendly and fast service, comfortable and typical Scottish place with a pleasant atmosphere, Celtic music. Food of 10. The best salmon I have ever had. Totally recommended.
Wonderful seafood meal. We had the platter for two. More than enough food and every bite delicious.

RIVER HOUSE REVIEWS
Visiting Inverness this week we were fortunate to get a table in this cosy independent restaurant. Enjoyed a wonderful welcome from the owner, a natural front of house, and a really delicious dinner . I enjoyed fresh oysters, followed by halibut accompanied by a dry Muscadet.
Anyone who visits Inverness naturally automatically thinks of good fish. The River House is clearly the top address in the city. Both quality and service are excellent. I love fish and have rarely experienced such good compositions and freshness. Highly Recommended.
You have to eat here!! The Smoked Mackerel Pate was so delicious that I ate it too quickly before taking a picture!! Delicious!! Also, the River House Fish Stew was very tasty. The service was great and had us in stitches!l If you have the chance, book your reservation now.
